Full craft service menus are available to suit all circumstances, tastes, food intolerances and budgets. Please enquire for further details.

Delivering a powerful, versatile performance…

We tailor our snack offering to the dietary requirements and budget of each production, so while there might be cookies, ours is not a cookie-cutter approach. We don’t put everything out at once but constantly refresh our craft table throughout the shift. This prevents supplies being ravaged by early arrivals and gives the whole cast and crew the chance to enjoy a savoury, sweet, hot, and cold selection that changes daily.

Maximising choice and inclusivity

Our modest size doesn’t restrict options, it challenges us to be creative. We want as many people as possible to enjoy what is on offer, so we can cater for most dietary preferences on request. From allergen-conscious choices to mouth-watering vegan treats we prove that being conveniently compact is no limitation when it comes to delivering a memorably delicious experience.

Vegans are often under-catered-for on a film set. Our test kitchen introduces new vegan snacks on a regular basis. Recent favourites have included cashew ‘butter’ on rosemary and sea salt crackers, Turkish lentil soup, snickerydoodahs and our legendary PBJ protein balls.

“The best craft in the business. A massive part of the team.”

Sam Webster/ Costume Department / The Diplomat Season 2

Safety is a non-negotiable priority

When required, we meticulously assess menus to ensure they are allergen-friendly, omitting ingredients such as nuts, milk, eggs, gluten, or anything else as stipulated by a production.

Cross contamination is minimised through stringent food preparation protocols and storage practices. Clear labelling on all items helps clients easily identify appropriate options, and our staff are trained to address allergy-related concerns effectively.

your menu

We will work with you to devise a snack selection that works for your production. To give you a feel for what we can create, rather than show a fixed menu, here are some examples of favourites we get asked to make time and time again. Gluten, nut and dairy-free options are available upon request.

“I originally thought they had an excessive amount of snacks. But it’s month five, and I’m still not bored of their craft.”

Juji Subbotin / Lighting Department / The Diplomat Season 2

sample Savoury bites

Bruschetta

Classically Italian, our bruschetta recipe is the Stanley Tucci of savoury treats. Refined, cultured, and welcome at any table, this urbane combination of mellifluous flavours is sunshine on a plate. Just don’t pronounce it wrong – it’s a ‘k’ not a ‘ch’! Capiche?

Cashew ‘butter’ with rosemary and sea salt crackers (Vg)

Like Idris Elba, the richness and subtlety of this nut-butter snack is admired on both sides of the Atlantic. There is smoothness, but it’s layered over earthy honesty and a seasoned knuckle-crack snap. The game is about product, and we got the best damn product.

Cheese & marmite pastries (V)

This shouldn’t work on paper, too quirky, too out-there – but boy does it deliver. Open wide for the Helena Bonham Carter of our savoury table. Once you’ve experienced them, you’ll keep coming back for more. We can never make enough. Bonkers, but irresistible.

Cheese toasties with home pickled red onions (Vg)

Come in for a cuddle with the Paul Rudd of hot snacks. Ageless, globally famous, but down to earth and just so damn lovely. Just say please for the cheese – and we’ll make it all the more tasty with a sweet-sour kick of pickle and a hot crunch of toast. Nom, nom.

Gougères

Beautifully and unmistakeably French, give a double air-kiss to the Juliette Binoche of choux pastry. A classic beauty, but this is no sweet fancy, there is a satisfying savoury edge to the crisp exterior and soft heart. Enjoy an “Ooh la la” in every bite. Enchanté!

Guacamole with dippers (Vg)

Sumptuous and delicious, no one can resist the flavourful Mexican charms of the Salma Hayek of dipping snacks. They are hands on fun with a fiery zest for life, an alluring combination of smooth and crunchy. It’s like a mariachi band dancing on your tongue.

Humous pots & crudités (Vg)

Give a warm welcome to the Gal Gadot of savoury nibbles. Exquisitely and unashamedly Middle Eastern, but beloved the world over, it’s appetising at any time of day. Healthy, tasty with a hint of the Levantine, yet alluringly comforting at the same time.

Sausage rolls with spiced apple and pear chutney

Shake hands with this sexy beast, this savoury Ray Winstone is unutterably English and unbelievably tasty. The pastry may be puffed, but there’s real meat to get your teeth into, while the ‘apples and pears’ add a fruity rhyming-slang kick. Who’s the daddy now?

Seedyjacks (V)

Don’t get in a flap, snap up one of these savouries. Like Tom Hardy on Jackanory, the combination of pumpkin seeds, cheddar cheese, red onion, carrot, oats, egg, and thyme, provides a satisfyingly hearty alternative to a traditionally sweet experience.

Socca

Just as De Niro is both American and Italian and all the better for it, this quintessentially Mediterranean street food is part tortilla and part savoury pancake. Loaded with olives, onions, and tomatoes – it’s a Goodfella that packs a knuckle-dustered flavour punch.

Spanakopita (V)

Make friends with the Jennifer Aniston of savoury snacking. These petite feta and spinach pastries draw their world-renowned gorgeousness from a proud Greek street-food heritage. A little flaky, a little salty, a little exotic, but girl-next-door familiar too.

Whipped feta, strawberries & balsamic glaze crostini (V)

Unashamedly, extravagantly, luxuriously sexy, say “Ciao Bella!” to the Sophia Loren of toasted and goody-laden bread snacks. An indulgent juxtaposition of salty and sweet, smooth and crunch. Unforgettable and worthy of a Hollywood goddess.

sample Sweet treats

Apple & Cinnamon Crumble Slice

Welcome the Alan Rickman of our sweet treats into your life. A tour de force that delivers deeply resonant pleasure with every bite. Sweet with a little bit of fiery spice, let the layers of flavour wrap you up in a duvet of delight. It’ll cast a spell on you, one is never enough.

Back to school cake

Like Adam Sandler, this bake just refuses to grow up. Always popular, it uses a tried and tested recipe for success and it’s never afraid to revel in the unadulterated, goofy joy of vanilla sponge, copious icing, and a hefty dose of glorious sugary sprinkles.

Berry Jam Crumble Slice

Say ‘Hi!’ to our Jennifer Lawrence, a dish that is humorously sweet, but still capable of delivering an anti-establishment tang of irrepressible flavour. The joyful flakiness of the crumble just makes the whole experience more endearingly and captivatingly yummy.

Biscoff Millionnaires Shortbread

Like Dame Helen Mirren, uniquely captivating and good at sounding a bit Russian, Biscoff biscuits add an unmistakable caramelly crunch to the sumptuous and opulent layers of texture and flavour that make this bake so moreish.

Carrot bliss balls

Embrace this drool-worthy Damian Lewis of a snack. Combining earthy notes of carrot, agave and flax, with the musical fruitness of dates, apricots and ‘Billions’ of coconut bits. It’s eminently bingeable and always satisfying.

Carrot cake with Lime MARSCAPONE

Meet the Meryl Streep of bakes. This Oscar-worthy cake effortlessly combines sweet and savoury notes, the perfect balance of carrots and lime cream cheese frosting. A timeless classic that always deserves a standing ovation!

chocolate fudge traybake

Say ‘Hello’ to the George Clooney of afternoon treats. Smooth, irresistible, and universally adored, this cake is the Hollywood heartthrob of indulgence. Prepare to be swept off your feet by its decadent charm!

LEMON DRIZZLE TRAYBAKE

Allow us to introduce the Angela Basset of cakey loveliness. A superbly classy combination of warm-hearted soft centre, with a crispy exterior that delivers a zesty bite. Underestimate at your peril, this is a queen of a bake that kicks butt!

Raspberry Bakewell Slice

As wholesome as Julie Andrews, this mouthwatering morsel is as posh and polite as a bake can be. Buttery pastry, tangy raspberries and an almondy frangipane always bring a smile to your face and happiness to your tummy. Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

Scones with jam

Please rise for the Dame Maggie Smith of sweet treats. Timeless, quintessentially English, and more than a little magical, this afternoon-tea classic is aristocratically alluring and always ready with a witty retort – especially when asked if it rhymes with Gone or Stone.

Snickerydoodahs

If the Deadpool version of Ryan Reynolds was an edible treat, he would be this. Unquestionably a bit nutty, with a Canadian twist from maple syrup ‘caramel’, and a coating that is both bitter and sweet with dark chocolate. They may not be a hero, but they sure are super.

Stem Ginger Shortbread

Make no mistake, like Clarke Peters, this delivers a magnetic intensity that will have you clamouring for more. Subtle, but powerful, each bite reveals a rare combination of visceral crunch, inherent sweetness, and brooding ginger warmth. One to be admired.
